Whether you choose one of our elegant function rooms, or our extravagant & stunning summer marquee, the Charnwood has something to offer everyone. We hold our own civil wedding licence & civil partnership licence, so you can enjoy your Wedding day in its entirety here with us. The Charnwood is known for the friendly staff, silver service & attention to detail.. We are dedicated to making your day truly yours by tailoring to your requirements.


Civil Ceremonies
We are able to hold both Civil Ceremony's & Civil Partnership's here at the hotel. We have 3 suites available. Ranging from our smaller Salisbury suite which can hold up to 50 to our Malvern & Claverdon Suites which can hold up to 150 for a civil ceremony or partnership. Please be aware that the booking of the registrar is something that the Hotel cannot take part in, as, by law it is only the registrar that can book your marriage ceremony. If you are looking for a larger more lavish Wedding Breakfast then  our  Marquee  could  be  the  key  to making your day as individual as you are. This elegant Marquee is a stunning addition to the hotel, available from May until October. Incorporating our beautiful landscaped gardens into your wedding, it also gives the opportunity for a Barbecue or a Hog roast. The marquee also comes with private bar and toilet facilities. Your guests are able to enjoy all the delights of the Charnwood in the beautiful setting of our marquee.

Claverdon Suite
An elegant suite, again fully air-conditioned with a private bar & separate toilets. Available from your wedding ceremony through to your evening
reception.
Ceremony capacity - 150 Guests
Wedding Breakfast - 100 Guests
Evening reception - 120 Guests

Our wedding menus have been personally designed by our chef’s here at the hotel, using fresh, high quality & local produce.
To provide the best service possible we do ask that you pick choice of one starter, one main & a choice of two desserts.
We can cater for all dietary requirements, but we do need at least 48hours prior notice.
Imagine a champagne reception in our beautiful landscaped gardens, your guests can relax on our terrace while your photographer captures the most beautiful & special moments of your day.

 

Why not indulge in a traditional Hog roast or Chef attended Barbecue. Served in the gardens out side our Marquee, nothing quite compares to a summers evening filled with the aromas of Roasting Pork or a sizzling barbecue.

We offer you a complimentary Bridal Suite with full English breakfast, as well as preferential rates for all of your guests.
We have 45 beautiful en-suite bedrooms, ranging from doubles, superiors & family rooms.
Our new superior & executive rooms include large flat-panel televisions & luxury ensuite bathrooms, plus mini-fridge &
air-conditioning.
We also have disabled accommodation with lift access; though please call us to discuss your requirements first so that we can reserve the appropriate rooms.

All rooms include the following:

  • Direct dial telephone

If you should wish, we also have 3 Executive Bridal suites available for you to upgrade to at a charge of £90. Please arrange with the wedding co-ordinator a time to come and view our accommodation.
Why not treat yourself or your guests to a champagne breakfast... At an extra £5.00 per person it could make your day that extra bit special!

 

 

Beauty Treatments....
Staying overnight before your big day, then why not take advantage and let us book your beauty services. You can relax in the comfort of your room whilst you have both your hair & make-up done, and maybe a massage to help relieve any  re-wedding tension. Saving time & stress in having to dash between appointments.
